Shipping Information

Lunaria products may be shipped from various partner vendors, meaning your order may arrive in multiple packages. This process ensures that each product is delivered in the safest and most optimal way. Individual tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment, allowing you to track their progress with peace of mind.
Large furniture and bulky items will be delivered using special packaging and transportation methods, which may include delivery by lift-equipped vehicles or delivery to your doorstep or apartment entrance. We prioritize safety to ensure that your items arrive in the best condition possible.
For business or bulk orders, special shipping arrangements can be made to accommodate your needs, so please contact us when placing your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees include both the cost of delivery and insurance. If products are shipped from different warehouses or vendors, additional shipping charges may apply for each shipment. However, Lunaria strives to offer the best shipping costs for our customers. Please note that final shipping fees may be adjusted after your order is confirmed.
Please also be aware that large items (such as carpets, armchairs, stools, and sofas) are excluded from the free shipping policy for orders over 100 euros. For these items, additional shipping fees will apply.

Delivery Time

Lunaria works with trusted vendors to provide high-quality interior products. Delivery times vary depending on the item, ranging from 24 hours to 10 weeks. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us in advance, and we will arrange the best possible solution to meet your needs.

Returns Policy

Customers, both individuals and businesses, have the right to return purchased items within 14 days of receipt (delivery date). Products must be unused and undamaged; otherwise, we reserve the right to claim compensation for lost profits. To meet the return deadline, you must notify us of your decision to return the product within the 14-day period. After receiving confirmation of your return registration, you must send the product back, at your own expense, to the address specified by us within 14 days.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it for any signs of use or damage. If the item is found to be in its original, unused condition, we will refund the full amount within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.

Warranty and Product Conditions

Lunaria guarantees that all products meet high-quality standards. However, if any defects are found, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. To process your claim, you may be required to provide photos of both the product and its packaging.

Additionally, our products come with manufacturer warranties, and in the event of defects or malfunctions during the warranty period, we will respond according to the applicable warranty terms. Shipping costs related to warranty claims will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
