Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without explanation. The item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
