Lunaria products may be shipped from various partner vendors, meaning your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each product will be shipped in the safest and most optimal way, and individual tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment so that you can monitor their progress.

Large furniture and bulky items will be delivered using special packaging and transportation methods, such as lift-equipped vehicles or delivery to your doorstep or apartment entrance. Our priority is to ensure that all items arrive in perfect condition.

For business or bulk orders, special shipping arrangements can be made. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees include delivery and insurance. If products are shipped from different warehouses or vendors, additional shipping charges may apply for each shipment. However, Lunaria aims to provide the most competitive shipping rates.

Please note that large items (such as carpets, armchairs, stools, and sofas) are excluded from the free shipping policy for orders over 100 euros. Additional shipping fees will apply for these items.
